teachers need to develop themselves. facing the students through time, make us have to force ourselves to be better. the change of the informational technology and, style of live, etc influence the character of our students. don't try to say that you are the one and the best. but improve your selves, push it to reach the star... see u upon the star

guru sekarang adalah profesi idola bagi generasi muda. banyak penghargaan yang bisa diterima guru, dengan syarat guru ybs bisa memprofesionalkan diri sebagai guru dan bisa menghadapi pekerjaan dan tantangan dalam kehidupan pribadi. banyak yang 'ask for help' untuk bisa masuk dalam deretan orang profesional di lini guru, mencari nilai dari semua bidang yang bisa diakali untuk bisa memenuhi persyaratan sertifikasi yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah. koin dan poin memang menjadi iming-iming yang bisa sangat menumbuhkan motvasi yang kuat dalam memperoleh stempel profesional di bidangnya. that's my though. any other opinion? comment please.

SOMETHING WRONG IN OUR SCHOOLS From the research, there are 7 form 10 successful person in the world comes from school’s drop out students. They know earlier about their want and their need. Many students don’t now about their need. They’re only do what other people do… go to school. But they don’t know what and where they should be learn… whether in school or outside the school. There is a reality in life that people go to school and go to work and sometimes they’re having a vacation abroad. But less of them know earlier about where they should go. The people who know about the direction that they want to go is the person that can drive their car to the place they want to be. Schools don’t do anything wrong to their students, but someone who enter the school who doesn’t know about what they want to learn in the school. Choosing something is difficult whether they’re only two choices, but imagine, when people don’t know about what they have to choose. It is in an open sky. Schools on the other hand can’t satisfied all students, because every head has it’s own ideas. Schools have to manage completely and combine all factors that can be satisfied all situation and necessity of their students and also teachers. So, is there something wrong in our schools? The answer is NO for several reasons. And YES for other several reasons. NO, means that schools fulfill with many students who try to learn all subjects but in a limited times. They have to work hard to master math, language, history, etc. but for one thing that the students don’t know about what they need for the future, so they accept and accept what their teacher’s give. YES, means that schools should work on the need analysis for each student and try to work out to find the way out… not just sitting, watching and analyzing without doing something.
